This programme is not a short term reset, it’s about changing your habits longer term, incorporating it into your busy life and making it work for you!

In this Nutrition 101 talk, you’ll learn about the fascinating world of the gut microbiome and why it’s essential for your overall wellbeing. Sam will also be providing some simple, practical tips to support digestion, energy, and daily vitality as well as a live sauerkraut making demonstration.
