We’ve settled on the approaches that we’ve found to have the most positive effects for our clients. Acupuncture is known to be a highly effective treatment that can assist with a variety of fertility and health issues, including reducing stress and improving overall well-being.

Here at The Wellbeing Space, our Acupuncture treatments will look at your overall lifestyle in relation to your health goals, rather than solely focusing on the specific issue. The fine needles are gently inserted at specific points along your energy highway (Meridian lines) to improve and increase the flow of energy (Qi), and many people report feeling total relaxation after the session.

We are very excited and happy to be offering another of our Special Slow Flow Nidra & Gong classes this month on Sunday 27th November 6-8pm - Yes, that's right.... 2 FULL HOURS of relaxation and pampering!

The class is led by our outstanding teachers, Trudi Powell and Nasreen Pritchard, who will take you through 1 hour of Slow Flow, followed by 1 hour of guided Yoga Nidra Meditation (Yogic Sleep.)

So if you're looking for the chance to relax, switch off from the outside world and fully unwind, give yourself that me time and join us in the studio this month!

'I’ve been to several yoga classes at the Wellbeing Space and it is a great studio, and the best place I have done yoga in the UK so far. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the classes have very high quality teaching. There are mats provided if you don’t have your own and it’s right next to Waitrose... do your shopping and practice yoga in the same trip! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to take up yoga as part of their fitness routine or anyone just wanting to give yoga a try!'

Join us at the studio this November, for another gorgeous Sunday evening Slow Flow & Nidra Gong Special 2-hour Special Class.

You'll be treated to an evening of relaxation and pampering - both before and after the workshop!

We'll start the special class off with a stunning 1 hour Slow Flow with Trudi Powell, followed by a sumptuous 1 hour of guided Yoga Nidra (a.k.a Yogic Sleep) meditation with Nas Pritchard to further totally unwind, relax and harmonise your body and mind.

NEW TEACHER!

We'd like to welcome Florence who has recently started at The Wellbeing Space!

Florence is originally from France and moved to Farnham with her family over the summer. She started her yoga practice in 2012 and instantly fell in love with the grounding and purifying effects of yoga. Her life was transformed - not only did her sleep improve from day one, but she also found new strength, grounding, discipline and self love. In 2014 she flew to Bali to complete her 250 hours teacher training and a few years later she trained in Yin Yoga.

In her classes Florence prioritizes the breath with a focus on technique, underpinned by compassion and discipline with a great awareness of the individual body throughout.
