I have finally created a website for all of my spiritual and creative offerings. Please have a look through and see if anything jumps out at you. Also, feel free to share with friends who might need some guidance. I am based in Farnham in Surrey but most of my offerings are available online. I am now a qualified Psychosynthesis Coach which means I work at depth with clients, much like a therapist. I combine this with my intuition and clairvoyance to provide "soul coaching" to clients. I am also still giving reiki/healing and clairvoyant/medium readings. I am also working more now with art and clay; helping my clients get in touch with their inner worlds through playing and creating. I have my own one where I keep all my Angel cards, incense and pendulums.

Do you think I should stencil (in gold) a witchy symbol like the moon or Angel wings etc or leave the top plain black?

Jeff Brown, Spiritual Graffiti sums up perfectly something that I wanted to share with you all today: "New Cage Movement; a term to describe the more ungrounded, dangerous and simplistic elements of the New Age movement, including but not limited to: wishful thinking mantras, spiritual bypass and premature forgiveness practices, superficial healing techniques, the perpetual denial of common sense realities, and the insistence on inflated, fantastical perspectives - "Everything is an illusion", "it's all perfect", "there are no victims", "anger is a sub-standard emotion", "everything that happens is meant to be", "all judgements are bad", "you choose every experience and circumstance", "your personal identifications are inherently false", "just ask the Universe for what you want" . . . These perspectives have their place, in certain circumstances but taken too far, as they often are, become a prison of their own making, locking humanity in with its unresolved pain, obstructed from doing the real work by the addictive flights of fancy.

Today's card is Resentment.

It's that feeling that is not quite jealousy and not quite anger, but it's big. Maybe you need to see this card and its image because you hold some resentment inside of yourself and want to find a way of letting that go.

Study the image and see what resonates with you.

Unfairness, inequality, imbalance, wrongdoing, bullying, abuse, neglect, gossip, slander and immaturity. Feeling left out.

It's about "them", isn't it?


Coaching Tip:
Write down all the feelings and words that surface when you think of the word resentment. Then burn the paper, give thanks for the lessons you learned and then go and make a nice cup of tea and plan your next exciting adventure!

Hello

Today's card is "growth"

People are always talking about growth and spirituality - what does it all mean and why can't we just stay as we are? Comfy.

You can, because you can do whatever you want. However, if you have chosen the growth card, your inner self might be trying to reach out to you. Imagine your inner self as your own personal coach; they are trying to help you understand that this very difficult, uncomfortable situation that you are in is helping you to grow as a human.

Horrible feeling isn't it? But look at a flower; pushing its way through the dirty compost to reach the light, flourish and bring joy to others.

That's you, that is - bloomin' marvellous!

How will you feel in a year's time? Can you believe that you could not only learn from this experience but maybe even help others?
