🌿 Mindful Moments: Simple Practices to Calm Your Day🌿

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it can be hard to find moments of peace. But with just a few simple practices, you can reduce stress, stay present, and regain your calm—no matter how busy you are!

Here are some easy mindfulness exercises you can try today:

5-Minute Breathing Break: Take 5 minutes to close your eyes, sit up straight, and breathe deeply. Inhale slowly for 4 counts, hold for 4, then exhale for 4. Repeat and focus only on your breath to calm your mind.
