Copper. We all under estimate the value of the mineral and balance of copper in our diets. All focusing on the imbalance of Iron but these two vital minerals work together and are for all sorts of serious health reason. My recommendation is add Shiitake mushrooms to your weekly shop. Perhaps a slice of organ meat to yr casserole and or get yourself a good Spirulina. Take care.
