It is a time where a lot of us find it hard to adjust as it feels like the day is over before itā€™s started!

Why not come and spend time with the horses and find peace with them ready for the winter? Change your outlook on this winter and still be happy and productive even when itā€™s dark so early.

A nice session a few weeks ago with these lovely sisters, Alice and Eliza. They had a tour of the yard and met some of the horses. They then got stuck in with some yard jobs. First we poo picked, then we went on to clean a water trough.

It was lovely to see both girls enjoy themselves. It brought me great joy for Alice to find her confidence and come out of her shell in such a short space of time.

My name is Zara. Iā€™m a qualified and insured Equine Facilitated Practitioner based in Churt, Farnham in Surrey.

Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) involves reflective and active experiences with horses, (ground work or observations) combined with coaching, theoretical discussion and creative activities. The holistic nature of the work leads many clients to experience deep, profound healing and transformation. My underlying intention is to help you to access your own inner wisdom and to allow it to inform and inspire you so that you can live a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

Who benefits from Equine Facilitated Learning?
-EFL is suitable for adults, children and adolescents from all backgrounds and learning abilities.
-EFL helps people set and work torwards personal goals, develop confidence, overcome fears, self-awareness, self-management, decision making, communication, relationship and develop problem solving skills.

You donā€™t have to be a horsey person to do Equine Facilitated Learning, you just need to be open to alternative ways to help you with challenges you have in life and looking for guidance to help create a more happier, balanced life and individual.
