Important update 🤍

As some of you know, I fractured my spine in December and unfortunately the healing process is taking longer than expected. I was recently admitted to hospital after my body hit its limit, and I’ve been advised that returning to a physical job too soon could cause this to happen again.

For that reason, I’ve been signed off work for the next month.

I am so sorry to anyone whose appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. I truly hate the inconvenience this causes and appreciate your patience more than I can say. I’ll do everything I can to find a day or time that suits you best from March onwards.

You’re very welcome to reschedule online, or I’m more than happy to do this for you — just send me a message.

Health update from me:
I’ve fractured my T12 and L1, which means I’ll be unable to work for the next few weeks. My diary will be open again from the beginning of February, and I can’t wait to welcome you all back then.

Thank you so much to everyone I’ve had to cancel or postpone in December and January — I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and support.

This is every self-employed person’s nightmare, and it’s been a challenging time financially, physically, and mentally. That said, I’m starting 2026 with a very positive mindset and huge aspirations for the year ahead 🤍

Thank you all for the love, all of the comments and private messages have really lifted me. I’m waiting to see a spinal consultant but until then I’m in limbo as to when I can work again. I will probably be back doing facials sooner than massage but please, please bear with me. I am looking at options for you all to temporarily see a friend of mine for massage while I’m out of action. Please reach out if you need recommendations of professionals to see in the meantime if you need an appointment.
This is financially very difficult for me and my family so I will return to work as soon as I can but I can’t risk rushing my healing.
I’m very fed up but trying to remain positive and all of your messages have helped with that!
