So I'm back and am available for treatments! But I'm simplifying things a bit! (A month of rural reflection will do that for you... )

I'm stream-lining my website and simplifying the booking process. (hopefully!)

With High Street Christmas lights beginning to glow and ‘holiday cups’ back at Starbucks, it must mean that Christmas is approaching!

But alongside the building festivities, Christmas parties, Christmas Lists, Christmas planning…it is also the Advent season - the quiet waiting and preparation season within the Church, before the birth of the Christ Child at Christmas.

I encourage you to take time throughout this season, to take space, to breathe, to be silent for even a moment a day…anchoring your personal health practices in the midst of the busy currents of the season.
