Tilford Care & Nursing Home Tilford Care & Nursing Home is situated 4 miles south of Farnham in Surrey. We are a dementia home with 50 bedrooms.

We pride ourselves on giving our residents a home, their home. Tilford Park is set in a beautiful and tranquil setting in the heart of West Surrey. The grounds contain a courtyard which is accessible from 2 lounges. It also has a secure back garden with an aviary and an orchard for escorted use. The sound of birds and other wildlife is frequently heard. We pride ourselves in providing the best possible care in a friendly and homely atmosphere. The nursing Home has been carefully equipped throughout to meet the special needs of all residents and to provide a safe and comfortable environment. Our Home has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with family visits welcomed at any time. Refreshments are available for visitors at all times and arrangements can be made for residents to eat their meals with their guests in private. We offer the choice of single or double bedrooms depending on the availability. Each room is decorated and furnished to a high standard. We encourage residents to bring their personal possessions to personalise their rooms and make them feel even more at home. We can cater for both long and short-term stays. Regular respite care can be arranged as often as you wish.

A diversion is in place. The diversion will take you down Jumps Road Churt, this brings you next to the Bel and Dragon pub. Turn left at that junction ( this also has a road closure sign , this is a pre warning sign you can drive around this sign to continue to Grange road) which is situated on the left past Ana's country stores, about a mile and half from Bel and Dragon pub) ⚠️⚠️
