Sometimes we get those unfortunate incidents, we rehabed this female 15yr old last year for a ruptured ACL on the left, 12 months to nearly the day of the op, she ruptures the right. (Pic is 6 days post op) Happens to 1 in 3, believe it or not. So this brave young lady has another year with us. She will be super strong, agile and stable ready for sport again in the future.

Just a reminder, we like our tech here at Midas, VALD allows us to record peak power of the upper and lower limbs in various directions, and, range of motion (ROM) to give benchmarks so we can set objective goals and keep patient motivation. Getting you as a patient back on track doing whatever it is you do best. 💪💪

So pleased to get this feedback from one of our senior but very athletic patients. Best of luck to Peter at the World Cup...

I have really enjoyed and benefitted from the sessions over the last few months, with the biggest benefit being that I have stopped my run of injuries !!
By applying your recommendations and exercises I have increased my speed and resilience to injury... Which is MUCH appreciated.
Attached are a couple of photos from our winning the Celtic Cup in Swansea this month (beating Ireland, Scotland etc)...
Now off to Cape Town for the World Cup!

we have been using this device for a year now - VALD Dynamo Plus - , and gaining competence with its use, it has been amazing for patients showing their weaknesses and range of motion of affected joints and muscles, giving baselines and objectives which in turn helps motivate for hitting their rehab goals. we will be posting more on these in the near future, any questions please do drop us a line.....👍
