Jenna has been coming to me twice a week for the last year, both days the sessions are before 7am which is an achievement in itself! The commitment and consistency from her is commendable, always turning up and giving it her all. She has got so much stronger which is amazing and her confidence has grown loads which is just great to see 🫶🏻

Sophia has been training with me for just over a month now, her goal is to gain strength back after having an operation and get back to horse riding. She does 2 sessions a week and gives it her absolute all every session. She has made such great progress already and is becoming stronger and stronger each week. It’s also so great to see her confidence growing too, you are the 🌟 sophia!

Hello!

My name is Lily and I am a level 3 qualified PT based in Farnham at Everyone Active. I am currently in my third and final year at uni studying a BSc Sport Massage, Body Conditioning and Rehabilitation degree.

I started classical ballet at the age of 2, and it instantly became a passion for me for many years. It was doing this that I developed a love for physical movement. When I was 18 I decided to take a step back from dance and swapped my ballet shoes for trainers, started going to the gym and became a Personal Trainer.

Growing up I was very introverted which meant when I first started going to the gym I had no confidence and was completely out of my comfort zone. I know exactly how it feels to walk into a gym and feel nervous. My goal is to help you feel strong and confident. Wether that is by lifting weights to get stronger, improving flexibility or just helping you feel great about yourself!
