Sound Bath with Jason Bassett
LOCATION
This one hour. Sound Bath. Is held at Greatham Village Hall, Petersfield Rd, Greatham, Liss, GU33 6EY
DATE AND TIME
The first Wednesday of the month, please arrive by 7.20pm to allow yourself to get ready for a 7.30pm start. This is a 60 minute session and there is ample parking outside the venue.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
Let the power of sound relax, restore, rejuvenate and re energise you.
Join me for a restorative sound bath. Relax and let your stress drift away while the soothing vibrations help you to feel centred and at peace.
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, drum, flute, gong and other percussion instruments.
This sound bath enables you to release physical and emotional and mental tension. Helping you to move back into balance.

PLEASE NOTE
*Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket and cushion to rest on. A chair can be provided if you're unable to lay down. You might like to bring an eye mask if you have one. And a bolster for under your knees. Wear comfy clothes. And bring a water bottle.
*Please be aware that Sound baths are not advisable in the first trimester of pregnancy. Or if you're triggered by sound. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns and we can discuss the details.
ABOUT ME
I am a Reiki aster, energy healer and sound healer and have over 20 years in the holistic wellness field. I have held sound baths at The Healing Weekend, Glastonbury, Scarbrough, Aberdeenshire, Harlow, New Forest, Farnham area and many other places around the country. I started walking the shamanic path 7 years ago and I am motivated by uplifting and empower people.
