After being h*cked and M*ta making it challenging to recover it all, I have listened to the Universes wisdom and am clearing out the old to make way for the new!

What a fabulous afternoon! We had *the* best Cacao from Old Faithful, breathwork, movement, meditation, journaling and all guided by myself (of course!) but also the incredible Emily Gallagher on the piano, what a treat!

None of which would have felt complete without those who came and took part. Thank you for being a part of it. It's so great to hear how much you get out of it.

Our next Cacao Ceremony will be a '11:11 Cacao Rise' a Sunday morning start to guide you into the day.

We will be meeting together to share, learn and discuss. This workshop has been created as a safe calming space. We will start with our foundations (no matter your experience, is key) which will ground us. We will explore what it means to connect with ourselves, our energy. I’m so happy to be sharing this beautiful space with the people I already know and the new clients I am currently getting to know. We have been so lucky to get some amazing sunshine this month and with it streaming through the window in Chi’s Reiki room it’s something quite special.
