Waking up with painful leg cramps at night? 😣

You’re not alone, and they’re not just part of getting older.

Here are a few things that make a huge difference for my 50+ patients:
✅ Stretch your calves and hamstrings during the day
💧 Keep your water and electrolytes balanced
🧴 Try a magnesium rub before bed
🧂 Don’t Eliminate Salt Completely
🛏️ Support your legs with a pillow for better sleep position

Small daily tweaks like these can stop cramps before they start.

💬 Comment “STRETCH” below and I’ll send you a video showing some great stretches that can help to prevent cramps!

If squats hurt your knees, don’t give up on them just yet.👇

This simple towel trick can make all the difference.

When you stand with your heels on a folded towel, you slightly tilt your body forward.

This small change in position shifts some of the work away from the knees and toward the hips.

It also helps your knees track more naturally over your toes, which can instantly reduce pressure on the knee joint.

You’ll be surprised how this small tweak can make squats feel comfortable again, and help you build leg strength safely.

Give it a try next time you exercise, and notice the difference for yourself.

Most people think “stretching more” is the key to better mobility.

But there’s a smarter way🌟

Instead of long, painful stretches, try controlled movements that actually get your joints moving again:
✅ Knee bends on a chair for stiff knees
✅ Cat-Cow for a stiff back
✅ Ankle mobilisations on a chair for tight ankles
➡️Do 10 reps of each exercise, 3 sets a day.

You’ll feel the difference in just a few weeks – smoother movement, less stiffness, and more confidence when you get up and go.

This simple everyday movement causes thousands of injuries every year, yet most people never train for it.

It’s not running or lifting weights…

It’s stepping down from a height.

The good news? You can train your body to handle it safely in just a few minutes a day.

Try these 3 simple exercises:
🟢 Sit to Stand (Slow Lowering) – builds control through your thighs and hips
🟢 Side Step-Ups – improves lateral stability
🟢 Single Leg Dip – strengthens your step-down muscles

The question of whether chiropractors are worth trusting isn’t really about the profession itself. 🧠

There are incredible chiropractors, and there are some not-so-great ones — just like in physiotherapy or any other field.

What really matters is the individual behind the title.

When someone finishes physio or chiro school, they come out with the theory but not much experience. 📘

The real skill comes later, through treating patients, taking advanced courses, and learning from hands-on practice.

That’s where true expertise develops.

It’s not about the label someone carries, but how they think, learn, and care for the people they work with.

That’s what makes a great practitioner.
