Here in the garden, our little pumpkin is growing beautifully — a reminder of how nature cycles through change and renewal, just like we do 🎃

While my mum and stepdad are away on holiday, we’re lucky enough to have some very special visitors staying with us - meet Rupert & Dotty! 🐶💕

The kids absolutely adore having them here, and the extra cuddles and wagging tails bring such a lovely, grounding energy to our home. Animals are natural healers - they remind us to live in the moment, enjoy simple joys, and share unconditional love. 💫

Here at Emastar Holistic Healing, that’s exactly what I hope to share with you too: moments of calm, balance, and connection. 🌿✨

🍏✨ While I’m away on holiday, my lovely mother-in-law has been to our home and picked some apples straight from the garden tree. She turns them into the most delicious apple crumble, topped off with plenty of custard 😋🍮

It’s such a comforting reminder that simple joys and a little love can turn something ordinary into something truly special 💫

I’ll be back soon with more Reflexology, relaxation, and holistic healing sessions – but for now, I’m soaking up these sweet moments 👣

✨ Holiday vibes with a little bit of creativity ✨

When I’m not offering Reflexology and holistic healing through Emastar Holistic Healing, I love picking up my crochet hook.

This blanket has been my long-term project — 3 years in the making so far, and maybe I’ll finish it in another 10! 😂 Holidays are the only time I really get to work on it, so it grows slowly but surely, stitch by stitch.

Just like healing, creativity takes patience, care, and gentle progress over time 💚

✨ Holiday Magic in Tunisia ✨

Sometimes, the simplest moments bring the biggest smiles 💜 While exploring our resort at sunset, my little ones were completely mesmerised by this curious cat wandering by the pool.

It reminded me how animals (just like Reiki energy) connect with us naturally — offering calm, curiosity, and a gentle reminder to be present in the moment 🐾☀️

As we soak up these holiday vibes, I’m feeling inspired and refreshed, ready to bring this peaceful energy back into my healing sessions this September 🌿💫

✨ A little reminder from my skin ✨

Yesterday at the local swimming baths I was recognised from my profile, and my first thought was “oh gosh, I bet she’s wondering how I talk so much about self-care but look at my bloody skin!”

The truth is, I really do try to look after my sensitive skin, but without fail it always seems to flare up just before a holiday. Right now I'm building up my new business while juggling two jobs (my office role to pay the bills 😅 and Emastar Holistic Healing, which I absolutely love 💚), fitting in as many free Reiki appointments as possible to complete my Level 2, and balancing everything else that summer brings with two kiddies.

So when people ask if I’m tired and I say “I’m fine”, my skin clearly knows otherwise. Our biggest organ tells the truth when we push too hard.

If I haven’t managed to squeeze you in before my holiday, I promise I really did try my very best 🙏

My skin is simply reminding me that I need to carve out space for my own self-care too 💆🏼‍♀️

Here’s to listening to the little signs our body gives us and remembering that self-care isn’t just something we share with others, but something we need to live ourselves too. 💫
