Happy Monday, everyone! Sending out some Monday Motivation fueled by a little personal story about 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 ✨

Building Emastar Holistic Healing is a journey, and honestly, this summer got a bit quiet. That meant long days at fayres, sometimes packing up after only one lovely customer. It can feel tough, but I kept showing up because I believe in the healing I offer 💚

And guess what? Last week, I received a call from a wonderful new client who got my number from a lady I met at one of those quiet summer fayres! She's already booked her second session! 🥹

It’s a powerful reminder: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄. Keep showing up. Keep working hard. Your people are finding you! 🌱

✨ 𝗔 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹-𝗡𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 ✨

I took some time to recharge this weekend with a trip to *The Book of Mormon* at the stunning Grand Theatre in Leeds - the energy, the humour, the incredible atmosphere (and that chandelier! 😍) were just what I needed.

Afterwards, I was treated to a delicious meal at Blue Sakura, surrounded by beautiful friends, light, colour, and the perfect ambience to unwind 🍣💛

Moments like these remind me how important it is to nourish not just the body, but the mind and spirit too. Joy, laughter, good food, and great company all help bring us back into energetic balance.

As we move into 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, I’m opening up more appointments for Reflexology and holistic healing sessions - perfect if you also need a reset, a recharge, or a moment of peace as the seasons shift ❄️✨

Wow! A Reiki session this week was 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 - full of colour, chakra balancing and gentle clearing to help energy flow freely again.

Yesterday, my lovely client told me she felt like she was 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿, lighter, and more emotionally settled 🌿💛
