I donโ€™t think anyone has a perfect Christmas. Weโ€™re all just doing the best we can.

This yearโ€™s highlights includedโ€ฆ
โœจ Santa accidentally putting one of the *main* presents right at the front - nearly the first one opened (Santa mustโ€™ve been confused ๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿ˜‚)
โœจ A special golden ticket was to be scratched to reveal a special present! There were 2 magic coins to be use to scratch the said golden ticketsโ€ฆ Yet the magic coins were sealed inside a plastic box that *no one* could open
โœจ The kids used their fingernails to scratch insteadโ€ฆ only for my sonโ€™s to be a duff and not scratch at all ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜…
โœจ My daughter opening a present from her Auntie and announcing sheโ€™d โ€œ*finally* got something she asked forโ€ ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜…

And yetโ€ฆ

Iโ€™m deeply grateful we had a roof over our heads, a warm Christmas meal, and our loved ones around the table ๐Ÿ’›
So much build-up - and it never quite goes to plan anyway, does it? ๐Ÿ˜‚
