It is very bitter and you may find it disgusting but it starts taking effect within an hour.You can take around a quarter to half a teaspoon 3 times a week. You may take it everyday if you want. Is used as an incense and was traditionally a protection against evil eye, curses, negative energy and spells.One can hang one piece in each room or put it in a small plate.It is advised to burn it after dark.
