It's seriously AMAZING!

Pilates is all about connecting your brain to your muscles in this fantastic way. Think of it like a super-focused workout where you're totally tuned into what your body is doing. You're not just moving; you're intentionally moving, making sure each stretch and strengthener is just right.

And the breathing! Oh my goodness, the breathing is key. Taking those deep, controlled breaths not only powers up your moves but also helps you zone in and kinda melts away any stress. It’s like a mini-meditation session while you’re getting stronger!

So, you get a stronger, more flexible body AND a calmer, more focused mind. Pretty great hey? It’s a total win-win!

We tend to put off doing things in life as we may believe we won't be good at it!
The thing is if we don't try we will never know.

I love watching people grow into pilates, the way they feel throughout the class, how much stonger fitter they become and generally how amazing they are for even trying something new.

When we start doing and stop telling ourselves we won't be good at something, that's where real change happens.
