Then come along on a Wednesday 6:00pm for Hatha Yoga.
What are my regular classes all about...
In the words of Nirvana 'Come as you are'... Come to Yoga, not as you think you should be but who you actually are, your messy, imperfect, and sometimes vulnerable self. Wear what you like, as long as you are comfy and can move. Feel what you like. Yoga first and foremost asks you to accept ourselves fully, to not deny our true self, however that may look. Once we can do that, then we can build towards a more balanced and peaceful existence.
Unfortunately, lots of us are unable to be who we truly are in our society today, and I am trying to make sure my classes are as inclusive as they can possibly be.
In this 1hr and 30-minute class, we will work through physical movement, breathing practices, and relaxation.

I am an experienced BWY teacher, BWY CPD Tutor, and BWY Foundation Course Tutor. I have a particular interest in functional movement of the body, the philosophy of yoga, making yoga an inclusive practice open to all and bringing all traditional aspects of Hatha Yoga to modern-day audiences.
