Preparing Your Soul for the Circle 🕯️☕
We know that stepping into a new space—especially one that involves "the weird and the woo-woo"—can feel a little daunting. If you’re wondering how to prepare for Soul Circle, here is everything you need to know.
Consider this your "soft landing" guide.
What to Bring:
A Journal & Pen: I always ask a reflective question at the start of the sharing circle. You are welcome to answer or journal or both!
Also, sometimes the messages that come through during the Guided Journey or Light Language transmission are ones you’ll want to capture immediately.
A Water Bottle: Moving energy can be thirsty work! (there is herbal tea provided)
An Open Heart: That’s it. Whether you’re feeling "on top of the world" or deep in the "Dark Night of the Soul," you are welcome exactly as you are.
What to Wear:
Think comfort over everything. This is a judgement-free zone.
Leggings, joggers, big woolly jumpers, and thick socks are highly encouraged.
We want your physical body to be so comfortable that your soul feels free to journey.
How to Prepare Your Energy:
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water on the day of the circle.
Reflect: You might want to think about one thing you’d like to "leave behind" in the circle and one thing you’d like to "call in."
Don't Overthink It: If you’re feeling frazzled or a bit shy, don’t stay away. The circle is exactly where you’ll find your reset and a friendly face.
A Final Note for Newcomers...
If you’re worried about not knowing what to say or feeling "not spiritual enough"—take a deep breath. My background in NHS reflective practice and years of holding space means I am here to ensure you feel safe, grounded, and never "put on the spot."
You can share as much or as little as you like. Your presence is enough.
Ready to join us? Seats are limited to keep the container intimate and supportive.
