🌑A New Moon Circle is a gentle, supportive gathering that follows the natural rhythm of the moon — a time traditionally linked with rest, reflection and new beginnings.
🌑What happens in a New Moon Circle? Each circle is guided by Emma (from The Art of Being & Equilibrium Therapies, an experienced moon circle facilitator), and is trauma-aware, with no pressure to speak or share.
🌑What to expect:
* A grounding welcome to help you settle into your body and the space
* Reflection on the energy of the new moon and the season
* Journaling or quiet intention-setting
* A guided meditation and gentle sound scape
* A cup of heart opening Cacao
* A free gift (and we all love a free gift, don’t we? 😊)
Everything is optional.
🌑Why the New Moon? The new moon is the darkest point of the lunar cycle — a natural pause. It invites us to slow down, listen inward and plant seeds for what we want to grow, rather than pushing ourselves to keep going.
🌑Why join a circle?
* To step out of busyness and into a calm, held space
* To reconnect with yourself and the rhythm of nature
* To gently reset your emotional wellbeing
* To feel supported in community, without expectation
* To nourish your soul and give yourself some much needed time just for you
People often leave feeling softer, clearer and more grounded — not because anything was changed, but because space was finally made.
If life feels full, loud or heavy, a New Moon Circle offers a quiet place to breathe, reflect and begin again — at your own pace.
If this sounds like something your soul needs then why not join us at our new Moon Medicine circles, monthly at Om YogaWorks in Farsley? Starting this Sunday at 6.30pm.
There’s plenty of free parking and we welcome you into a fairy light & candle lit studio, giving all the cosy vibes.
