Ok, beauts, let's just get straight into this. The divide between yoga and pilates is strong at the min, but there are HUGE benefits to both, and I don't want you to lose sight of that.
I'm in my late 40s, a mum, live with a medical condition that challenges my body daily, so whatever you've got going on, I see 👀 you! I use the classes I offer in my personal life, and I LOVE how they make me feel.
I'm keeping it real, and I'm honest. I look after my body, and I want to help you take care of yours ❤️
I've added 'YOGA SCULPT' to the timetable already where we incorporate light weights into a section of the class to help target specific muscle groups to tone and build strength.
'BARRE' is also coming very soon - a fusion of pilates, yoga, and ballet movements. This class will give you the 🔥 I know so many of you love whilst toning and sculpting. I'm also buzzing about the sound tracks for these sessions where I can be a little more sassy!
Yoga remains the key focus of this space with classes running 5 days a week, so what I'm saying is I've got you covered!
