For a moment, I tapped out, and it was nice.

In a world focused on how we look, how many likes we have, what we wear, or where people judge us on what they measure as success, I simply choose to tap out. I'm not playing the game anymore.

It really is that simple. Sleep well, eat well, wake up each day, healthy and feeling good.

I choose to share what I love with the people who want to share it with me, and it doesn't need to be any more than that.

Are you ready for this? 🔥🍑

Ok, beauts, let's just get straight into this. The divide between yoga and pilates is strong at the min, but there are HUGE benefits to both, and I don't want you to lose sight of that.

I'm in my late 40s, a mum, live with a medical condition that challenges my body daily, so whatever you've got going on, I see 👀 you! I use the classes I offer in my personal life, and I LOVE how they make me feel.

I'm keeping it real, and I'm honest. I look after my body, and I want to help you take care of yours ❤️

I've added 'YOGA SCULPT' to the timetable already where we incorporate light weights into a section of the class to help target specific muscle groups to tone and build strength.

'BARRE' is also coming very soon - a fusion of pilates, yoga, and ballet movements. This class will give you the 🔥 I know so many of you love whilst toning and sculpting. I'm also buzzing about the sound tracks for these sessions where I can be a little more sassy!

Yoga remains the key focus of this space with classes running 5 days a week, so what I'm saying is I've got you covered!

Any questions holla at me, and if you're excited for a barre, get your ass to a sculpt class whilst you wait.

👋 Hi

We've had lots of new followers the last few weeks, so I thought it'd be nice to reintroduce myself.

✨️ I'm Sarah studio owner.

✨️ I work full time in education, my degree is in law, and running a yoga business keeps me balanced.

✨️ I'm 45, so trust me when I say I understand the ever changing body because I also...

✨️ Live with a rare neurological condition.

✨️ I'm a mum, so if you're spinning plates to get here and bring the energy as a parent (mum or dad) I see you 🩷

✨️ My passion is to bring inclusive assessible sessions to you guys in an environment where you are not judged.

✨️ I have spent the last year filming digital content for .uk including menopause, pelvic floor and children's content where my son filmed with me.

✨️ I am trauma and addiction trained, children's yoga trained, vinyasa and hatha qualified and hold pre and post natal qualifications.

✨️I'm currently doing my barre qualification - classes coming soon. I love how the low impact workout (don't let that fool you) keeps me strong and toned.

✨️ When I'm not working ill be on a plane or working out.

✨️ Health and fitness is my passion, and I want to help you on the journey to your healthiest body and mind.
