We recently helped a patient facing complex erosive wear and a significant loss of restorative space. Without intervention, he was at risk of losing his lower teeth entirely. Swipe through to see how Jon

 The Problem: Advanced wear meant we needed to create space to restore the teeth properly.
 The Digital Plan: We used a combination of intra-oral scans, CBCT, and SmileCloud 3DNA design to map out the perfect bite and tooth proportion.
 The Trial Smile: Before any permanent changes, we used an additive digital wax-up. This allowed the patient to test the look, shape, and feel of his new teeth.
 The Final Result: Following localized guided crown lengthening surgery, we completed a ceramic reconstruction of the lower 8 teeth.
