Was invited to speak at & event yesterday

And can't help but reflect on what an insane 6 years it's been since 'Henley Fitness' was birthed

By f**k it hasn't been easy

Work a lot harder than it may seem on here at times 😂

Have done a lot of things that has me s**t my pants a lil (like talking infront of this silly lil phone or in a room full of people 😅)

But never in my life would I have dreamed this venture would have the impact it has
