Beginning and ending with relaxation and brief meditation. My yoga sessions are designed to help you find balance, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Reconnect with your divine body and leave with a full heart. By committing to regular classes, you create the space for deep personal transformation while also contributing to a supportive, compassionate community. Up to 6 classes per month

1 private 1-1 session + up to 4 classes per month

Dedicate ● £60 month
1 private 1-1 session + up to 6 classes per month
*(For those deeply committed to their yoga journey)*

If you prefer flexibility, I offer a sliding scale for single classes ●

£12 ● the necessary price to cover operational costs
£15 ● for those who can afford to give more and wish to support others in the community

I’ve been reflecting on how growth shows up in real life… and how rarely it looks the way we imagine.This week for example, I met a version of myself I didn’t particularly enjoy.
Not because she was wrong, but because she was firm. Unapologetically so. And if I’m honest part of me still wishes I could move through the world as softness only - well rested, regulated, endlessly patient, always choosing the most peaceful, graceful response.
But that’s not the full truth of being human. We are not constant AND we are cyclical. And sometimes we are moving through more than we let the world see. Sometimes we are tired. Sometimes we are stretched. Sometimes life brings us moments that ask for clarity not comfort. In those moments something deeper rises. Not the version of us that wants to be liked but the one that refuses to abandon what matters. I’m learning that emotional balance isn’t about never feeling anger or never reaching a threshold. It’s about what we anchor into when we get there.

Did I stay grounded in my values?
Did I protect what needed protecting?
Did I speak from a place of truth, even if it felt uncomfortable?

There’s a quiet kind of strength in that. Not perfect. Not polished. But real. And right now, I’m choosing to honour that version of myself too.

These things are not opposites.

I offer 1 to 1 sessions, chair yoga, and encourage use of props like blocks, bolsters, blankets, walls, chairs... because yoga was never meant to be exclusive or punishing.

I want you to leave feeling rested, not depleted.
Regulated, not overwhelmed.
More at home in yourself than when you arrived.

Advanced yoga is not about doing more.
Often, it’s about doing less... with more presence 🙏

I’ve been practising yoga for over 20 years!

Long enough to have watched it evolve for a western culture, modern bodies & lifestyles.

My practice is advanced, disciplined, and ongoing.

My teaching, however, is intentionally accessible.

You’ll rarely see me demonstrating my own practice or performing on social media... not because I can’t, but because yoga to me, isn’t something easily displayed.

It’s something to be held.

I don’t teach trends.
I teach awareness, steadiness, rest, and resilience.

This is yoga as a relationship, not a performance 🧘‍♀️
