💫 Your Role
As our Domestic Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in creating a clean, safe, and homely environment for everyone at Wain House.

🧹 Lead and inspire our Domestic Team to deliver exceptional standards every day
🧺 Maintain a spotless and welcoming environment while respecting residents’ independence
👥 Support and motivate your team, ensuring all shifts and routines are covered
📋 Manage cleaning supplies, budgets, and COSHH requirements
🔥 Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety and fire regulations
💬 Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
