I don't very often post because I'm crazy busy but this little post is for two reasons:
1 - to say a big Thank you to my husband for finallinly making me realise its ok to put your health and wellbeing first when you need to. I used to feel guilty if I was doing something for myself, even a work out! If I wasn't working or doing Mum stuff or sorting the animals out I felt guilty for not doing these things and giving up precious time for myself was not an option.
I now realise that to be the best version of me, I need to refill my health and well being tank too! Whether its a workout, riding a horse, going for a swim, its ok the world won't crumble if I miss an hours work!
2 - with it being world wrll being week, make sure you do something for yourself however small or bug but don't feel guilty for it.
