Today’s 10k/half marathon event complete! Well done to all the runners you all smashed it 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jo from .fitness too! We worked our socks off for 3hrs and it was so worth it to meet you all.

🙌 I’d like to introduce myself, I’m Vicky - Mum, Wife, Daughter and founder of

🙌 This little business of mine is my passion and my love. I have been qualified for 11 years this year and have spent the last 4 of those growing Serene Massage Therapies to what it is today. And I’m proud.

🙌 I firmly believe that our knowledge of the body and science never stop evolving so my treatments should evolve with them. Which is why I continue to study and adapt. And I love it 📚 New skills only enhance my practice.

🙌 I am an animal loving gym goer (well, I give the gym my best shot!) who listens to audiobooks and country music. The older I get the more the simple life calls me, as long as there is coffee involved.

What to expect from your treatment with me at

🙌 Consultations are so important. This is where we find out exactly why you came in, complete your range of motion testing, plan your treatment goals and I can talk you through how I like work

🙌 We don’t need to rush your treatment. Muscle, fascia and the nervous system don’t respond well to too hard, too fast. So, let’s slow it down and work with your body to get the best results. Remember ‘no pain, no gain’ is a myth!

🙌 Let’s not leave you covered in slimey oil! Here, I only ever use Sports massage wax from which has excellent grip. This give me control over how I’m working resulting in a more targeted treatment with less damage to your tissue and my arms! (My skin is sensitive to most oils)

🙌 No routine is the best routine! I work specific to you and target the areas you need the most getting you the best results

🙌 Every body deserves to have a treatment, we are all unique and that is beautiful so I like to make sure all people feel safe and secure in my treatment room. Questions and feedback are always welcome, if it helps me to create a safe environment for myself and my clients then I am listening

🙌 Finally I like to make sure I have a tool box of techniques to help get the best from your treatment. Some of those techniques include; trigger point therapy, stretching, movement, deep tissue, lymphatic, myofascial release, hot stone therapy and self care
