The past year has been a crazy one with expanding my anatomy and pathology knowledge, learning new techniques and working hard towards achieving my advanced clinical massage qualification.

Last week I did it 🎉 I passed my final theory exam and got to graduate with the most amazing class mates by my side.

Thank you to everyone at for sharing your passion and your knowledge and building a community of educated massage therapists.

Here’s to never getting off the learning train and being the best therapist I can 🧡

Monday 2nd March will see our new Reflexologist Rebecca from joining the team.

Rebecca is entering her 10th year of being a reflexologist and we are so happy for her to be part of our Serene Team 🧡

Rebecca will be bringing you Reflexology as well as facial reflexology and a very special Signature treatment made specifically for our wonderful clients.

We will showcase these very soon.

Today’s 10k/half marathon event complete! Well done to all the runners you all smashed it 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jo from .fitness too! We worked our socks off for 3hrs and it was so worth it to meet you all.

🙌 I’d like to introduce myself, I’m Vicky - Mum, Wife, Daughter and founder of

🙌 This little business of mine is my passion and my love. I have been qualified for 11 years this year and have spent the last 4 of those growing Serene Massage Therapies to what it is today. And I’m proud.

🙌 I firmly believe that our knowledge of the body and science never stop evolving so my treatments should evolve with them. Which is why I continue to study and adapt. And I love it 📚 New skills only enhance my practice.

🙌 I am an animal loving gym goer (well, I give the gym my best shot!) who listens to audiobooks and country music. The older I get the more the simple life calls me, as long as there is coffee involved.
