Today I attended an Inner Circle meeting at Eastwell Manor with fellow medical practitioners, kindly hosted by Revanesse. I chose to be there because I’m committed to continuously refining my clinical approach, staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, and ensuring my patients receive the safest, most advanced, and most natural-looking results. Being in a room with like-minded professionals, sharing insights, discussing real case studies, and deepening our understanding of subtle, undetectable treatments is invaluable—not just for my own growth, but for the standard of care I bring back to my clinic every day.

Today I’m honouring the strong Liverpool women who shaped the woman I am today. ❤️

My mum Vi, my wonderful nan Amelia, and my mum’s sisters — my Aunty Vera and Aunty Eva. All incredible women who are no longer with us, but whose strength, humour, resilience and love still live on through me every single day.

They were true Liverpool women — strong, warm, fiercely loyal and able to get through anything life threw at them with courage (and usually a bit of laughter too). I feel so proud to come from a line of women like this.

Everything they taught me about kindness, grit, family and standing tall stays with me always.

Strong women don’t just live in our memories — they live on in who we become. I carry a piece of each of them with me every day.

Liverpool made them strong, and they made me who I am. ❤️

Excited to share that I’ve now completed advanced training in Sculptra for the neck. This treatment works by stimulating your body’s own collagen production to gradually improve skin quality, firmness and structure in an area that often shows ageing early. The neck can be challenging to treat, so it’s important that it’s performed with the right technique and anatomical understanding, thank you to , Nurse Lucy and Kat for a fabulous day

As we step into a new year, I just wanted to wish you all a happy, healthy and positive one 🤍 2025 was a year of mixed emotions for me — deep sadness as my beloved dad passed away on 22nd November, but also great happiness as my amazing son came home after 10 years living in San Francisco. Sadly, he never got the chance to see his grandad before he passed, which makes this time even more poignant. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to my family, close friends, and to so many of my wonderful patients — many of whom I’ve had the privilege of treating for years — for your kindness, understanding and support during a very difficult end to the year. It truly means more than you know. ✨
