β¨ Key Responsibilities
β’ Coordinate and manage care packages, ensuring service users receive timely, person-centred care.
β’ Liaise with clients, families, social workers, and healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care.
β’ Create, update, and review care plans in line with client needs.
β’ Organise and manage staff rotas, ensuring efficient cover.
β’ Provide support, supervision, and guidance to care staff.
β’ Respond promptly to emergency cover needs and safeguarding concerns.
β’ Maintain accurate records in line with company policies and CQC requirements.

Requirements
β’ Previous experience as a Care Coordinator (or similar role in domiciliary care) is essential.
β’ Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
β’ Ability to work well under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
β’ Good IT skills, including use of care management systems.
β’ Knowledge of CQC compliance and regulations.
β’ Driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred).
