Hi all. Herb club on the way!! Hope you’re having a lovely summer.
Excuse my ‘radio silence’ summer hols in full swing - but behind the seasons prep, herb gathering as well as enjoying Cornwall with my family, looking after sheep and dogs, A-level results time and learning about hornets!! 😉
I’ll be aiming to get dates and info out to you for September start up for Saturday monthly groups in Faversham. Time to get your place secured .
If you don’t hear from me within a couple weeks and you’re on my list - please do drop me a message 07833798229 .

Oh my goodness another year of junior herbalist club completed. Just realised I didn’t get a group pic of all my graduates who have worked hard and giggled their way through Level 1 and 2.
Couple of quick snaps from today - with our newest Level 1 graduate sporting the latest hoodie
The first one in Kent and South East!
Also spearmint hydrosol making with Level 2 graduates- again the first in Kent using my beautiful copper still - and learning how they can recreate at home with kitchen ‘bits’!!
I am sooo proud. Well done to these amazing young people - the future is yours - and the future is bright 💚💖
New group starts September - and watch out for taster sessions here

When you see whimsical women on your feed in bohemian frocks picking elderflowers for their special magical potions - as they delicately inhale the fragrance - I’m hearing in my head - the children at herb club stating “it smells like cat pee”
Keeping it real kids 😍😍😍😍
- note to readers - the cordial they made tasted lovely - and they learnt how useful it was in skincare and cold and sneezes remedies 😉

🥰 I can’t believe this was 2 years ago - and how many children have learnt about herbs with me over that time.
So proud of them - and so excited I get to go away again next month for level 3 training - for teen jhc advanced 💚

🌿 We will be running some taster sessions next half term and summer hols before our new intake starts fully in September.

Picking a few flowers for upcoming herb groups and found this beautiful snakeshead fritillary reappear in the garden ! That’s staying put!

Do enjoy the abundance of flowers at the moment whether looking and appreciating, letting the kids make daisy chains or enjoying the wildlife that appears around all the flowers . Plenty to share around here 🥰 🐝 🦋 everyday! 😉

February was busy at herb club. Our home ed group were sowing seeds for their herb gardens while Level 1 and 2 herbalists made tasty Love potions, Rose lemonade and soothing magical throat coats.

They learnt about thyme, liquorice, rose, Calendula and Cress.

Busy month 🌱
