Warm welcome to one of the newest additions to our team, Lorraine ✨

She is a recent graduate which just ran inside our studio, long time member, and now a part of our cover team. Not just a yoga teacher, a person who’s moved through this journey with care, and has been on both sides of the mat in our studio. We’ve have such wonderful feedback from you all who have practiced Hatha with her so far & you’ll be seeing more of her on the schedule very soon!

Weekend Pilates vibes with Ella + Hannah ☁️✨🤍

has been back for a few weeks and is teaching Mat Pilates on the schedule. She did her 500hr Pilates training in Mat + Reformer in Bali and teaches in Sri Lanka. This isn’t a fad or a trend for her, it’s a deeply powerful approach to movement that really positively impacts the way you live.

As you know how we do at Actively Alive, everything is led with purpose, not random. So whilst it’s been in high demand for a while from us, we were hesitant to just put on classes, just because.

Nicola is currently building out our Actively Alive method and how we integrate Pilates into the schedule (as, when, and if we do for the foreseeable, or if it’s just a more pop up / event style offering we have). Your feedback has been invaluable over the classes and it’s been epic to see them so busy and thriving with waitlists.

Journalling a sacred space for you to process, release judgement and breathe into clarity 🦋

Our journals in store have made their way from Rishikesh, India and are handmade with recycled rag (tree free paper). Within two days, they’re already being chosen one by one to become a part of somebodies unique daily ritual.

We can send these journals out to you or you can pick up in store and there’s limited stock. The only stock we have is what is left on the table.
