I offer bodywork that’s tailored to restore balance, reduce pain, and support your overall wellbeing. Whether you're an athlete, dealing with chronic tension, recovering from injury, or simply needing deep relaxation, I’ve got you covered.

What I Offer:

• Sports Massage – A targeted treatment designed for athletes or active individuals. Helps improve performance, prevent injury, and speed up muscle recovery.

• Swedish Massage – A gentle, relaxing full-body massage using long, flowing strokes to reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation.

• Remedial Massage – A therapeutic approach that focuses on assessing and treating specific injuries, postural issues, and chronic pain. Tailored to correct dysfunction and restore movement.

• Deep Tissue Massage – A firm, slow-pressure technique that works into deeper layers of muscle and fascia to release chronic tension, knots, and restricted areas.
