Just a little reminder for everyone coming to tomorrow’s Relax & Rebalance ✨

Please bring some water with you, and come nice and cosy and dressed warm. I have mats here, but do bring your own blanket and a pillow so you’re really comfortable on the floor and can fully relax and enjoy the session.

Can’t wait to see you all and help you all relax and let go of any stress your carrying from last year, and set intentions for this year 💫

As this year comes to an end, I just wanted to say a huge thank you 💜

This year has been a big one for my personal growth. Carrying on with my counselling training and starting my new part-time role has really continually to fuel my passion to help others who are struggling and don't have the support they deserve.

On a personal level, I’ve watched my two younger boys continue to turn into young men, and I’m getting myself ready for my eldest to spread his wings and move out. I’ve also been learning how to live alongside grief after losing Jo last year. It been tought, but I have learned so much about life, grief and myself.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, come to see me, shared a chat, or trusted me with their wellbeing this year. I feel incredibly grateful to do what I love and to offer a calm, safe space where you can spend some time away from the craziness of the world and just be you.

Thank you all for helping make my 2025 a memorable one. ❤️
