What's your go-to breakfast? 🍳🥑
Or do you find yourself standing in the kitchen every morning thinking, "What on earth am I going to eat?" 😅
Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, so I like to make it count. It's my chance to fuel my body, keep my energy steady, and set myself up for the day ahead.
Today's plate:
✨ Lentil waffles
✨ Scrambled eggs
✨ Avocado
✨ Tomatoes
✨ Mushrooms
No fancy rules. No "perfect" diet. Just a balanced meal packed with protein, healthy fats, fibre and nutrients to keep me feeling satisfied.
The truth is, eating well doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it's simply about building a plate that makes you feel good and works for your lifestyle.
