Hello Lovely People & Happy Wednesday πŸ’—

For those of you that don't know me, I am Jade, 36, a busy mama of two beautiful girls, Nylah (2 years) and Luna (7 months). Not really sure where to start; here's a little bit about my journey and why I'm here!!

I've battled with highs and lows since about 21, suffered with bad anxiety, went from one toxic relationship to another, partied too much, spent too much, got into loads of debt. Felt like I was always searching for my 'happy ever after' but never made it. I went from job to job as I got bored really easy, nothing felt like it really ignited me, the one thing I knew I always a family life, and to be a mum. I was brought up in the Yorkshire dales but felt like a big fish in a little pond and was bored, so I moved to leeds in 2011, on my own...I didn't know anyone and it felt good, I felt independent.

Long story short, I ended up in numerous toxic relationships, i seemed to attract the same type of guy, psychological and physical abuse, just couldn't escape it. Obviously over time this does something to you as a person, I was anxious, on edge, a huge overthinker, and lost my self confidence.

Reaching a low point in 2013 I turned to spirituality, I always felt drawn to it but didn't really have a clue what It was all about, I went to various meditation classes, met some like minded people, which opened up the doors to my healing journey.

I was onto something, I felt great, I meditated daily, I read books, went on spiritual retreats, and practiced gratitude daily and felt great!

Fast forward 10 years later, I am now the most grounded and settled I've ever been. I have a beautiful family, a loving partner of seven years and two beautiful girls. I can deal with things so much better!

I had a vision several months ago of owning my own holistic therapy business I always love to help others, so I thought why not do what I love best, what aligns with me and my values and create a space to do just that! My little zen den will be ready soon..and I can't wait to start my journey of helping others

I am jade, a holistic therapist and a mum of two and after spending the last 20 years in the corporate sector I've finally decided to do what I love most, to help and heal others.
