Never depend on anyone to make your happiness.

We all get lost in life at some point and the struggles we feel are real and can make you feel your never going to come out of the other side and maybe feel like you will never feel happy again.

We can all crack a smile on the outside but don't suffer in silence.

If your anxiety is getting the better of you remember take one day at a time and no day is the same as the next.

Don't be hard on yourself.

When you live with anxiety your worst critique is the unwanted voices in your head.

Maybe your scared to share your thoughts with anyone because you feel stupid or had the same thoughs for so long you actually believe them.

Write them down, speak to a friend you will be surprised its not as bad as you thought.

Making the smallest changes can have a massive effect, only you can reach out.
