It is a mindful technique which requires concentration and focus upon the method to ensure the best possible result. I I teachModified Pilates where the traditional repertoire is broken down into defined graded levels to allow people to progress safely towards normal movement and function. It is ideal for individuals who suffer with chronic back pain, as well as those who simply want to maintain strength and flexibility for injury prevention."
