Here are few things that most people do not know can be treated by sports massage therapy, DM to book an appointment I am mobile and can come to you!

Planta fasciitis, pain in the bottom of the foot Similar to standing on glass especially in the morning!

Tennis Elbow, pain shooting down the
Forearm particularly when holding everyday objects at certain angles!

Sciatica, pain travelling from just under the Glute (bum )down the legs, making it tricky to walk or stand up right

Achilles tendinitis, pain in the back of the heel up to the calve muscle
