Hi all,
We are whizzing through July, I would love to hear where you are all going on holiday this year.

Can you let me know if you prefer the classes held in the kitchen or utility room? Or don't mind. Paul has started painting so we are having a battle over the space.

Assuming the baby doesn't arrive I would like to hold a Live Class Tuesday 7.30am & 8am and then Friday 8.45am - let me know if you hope to join.

Hi all,

I will be joining you for super FP on Friday. Not sure about Tuesday as we have friends staying Monday night who we haven't seen for about 12 years so not sure I will pop up, but I will let you know.

Hi all,
Another fabulous week of classes in this glorious weather!
I will be live at 7.30am Tuesday - love the 7.30am class as I take Phoenix to Cheeky Monkeys for 10am so it works out well - I have to have a go on the bouncy castle!
Unfortunately I'm working Friday so I cannot do a live class but I have tried to make sure I am not doing many Tuesday & Friday mornings through the summer.

Hi all,
So amazing to be back last week, well done everyone for doing the classes.
This week let's go for Tuesday & Friday again. I am happy to do an early 7.30am again Tuesday and/or a later class. Friday 8.45am seemed to work well.
Let me know if you have any thoughts on times.

Hi all,
Wow, what amazing weather we are having. My family have just been for the weekend and it was fabulous to have both girls and my mum & Phoenix together, 4 generations!
Although we are still working on the house and almost there I am going to try my best to pop up for a live Tuesday & Friday, whoop whoop! Let me know if you are around.
For the lives I would rather do earlier than later so let me know the earliest you can do. I will pop up the night before to see who is available.

Hi all,
I hope you are well as we whizz through the year.
Our kitchen flooring is being laid over the next few days, then we are on the home straight, whoop whoop.

I cannot wait to get back to some live classes, thank you all for being so patient, the 20 remaining members are amazing and extremely dedicated. It would be amazing if a few more of you would come back, so have your say on the type of classes and times and I will see what I can do.

When we start back I can still only do Tuesday & Friday morning due to working the other days but it will be great to add some new classes to the library. If I am covering at work on one of those mornings I will always see who is around for an alternative like a Saturday morning or an evening.

What time would you like the live class? I can do it anytime from about 7.30am as up and raring to go by then. Or would anyone like an evening slot? I always love to hear your thoughts on the type of class you fancy, or if you would like a couple back to back - let me know.

Hi all,
I hope you are all well
We had an amazing week in Keswick, the weather was spot on and we all managed some fabulous hikes - over 41,000 steps on one of the days!!
Just did some weights and stretching due to a very painful little toe from all the hiking. Everywhere seems so flat here when I pop the dogs out for a walk.
The house is really getting on and I have my fingers crossed that only a few more weeks before I can start doing some live classes again.
If you are no longer a member of the VIP group and wish to rejoin drop me a message and it will be free until the lives start again.

I love fitness, I love teaching wonderful people!

I have been teaching in the community for 13 years and love every moment. When we went into lockdown my life changed - I moved on-line - wow, amazing and I love every moment too!
