Hi all,
Wow we have had some great classes lately - really working on keeping our whole body strong to carry us through life at any age and fitness level.
When we are young and invincible we do cardio, cardio & more cardio. But as we get older we truly understand a whole body approach of maintaining strength, flexibility, balance and posture. I feel super strong and I hope you do too.
I would love to hear from you if you used to be a member and are thinking of coming back. Would you rejoin if there were more live classes? Do you need more encouragement and motivation? Let me know your thoughts.

Available from 6am - Cardio Dance - 45 minutes
Tuesday
Available from 6am - Fitness Pilates equipment free intervals - 45 minutes
Live 7.30am - Super toning- 45 minutes
Wednesday
Available from 6am - Body conditioning & stretch - 45 minutes
Thursday
Available from 6am - Fitness Pilates with ball & weights - 45 minutes
Friday
Available from 6am - Body conditioning with weights - 45 minutes
Live 8.45am - Fitness Pilates
