Allow your face to relax... jaw slightly open... eyes closed...now...breath in deeply through your nose, fill your lungs,2,3,4,(5,6,7)hold...blow out of your mouth..2,3,4,5,6,7(8,9,10,11) & as if you are blowing up a balloon. repeat this twice more,(3 times) on the third breath out hold the breath at the bottom and relax your breathing

as if you are 'asleep' allow yourself to breath quietly, gently & CALM. Now your breathing is 'STILL & CALM', relax for as long as you can.
