So today I received a very unexpected email 🤍

I tend to keep a low profile as I’m usually fully booked and want to give both my clients and my family the very best of me. That’s why this little award came as such a surprise!

In the past I’ve entered a few awards, but quickly realised they weren’t really for me. Which makes this even more special, as it’s been awarded through my booking system based on my bookings and the lovely people who take the time to leave a review after visiting.

Thank you so, so much to everybody that supports my business, dream and family, and for taking the time to leave such kind words about your experiences with me. There are sooo many businesses that use fresha so this just makes me feel super wonderful 💫

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums and mother figures out there 💫

Today we celebrate the strength, patience, love and pure magic that mothers bring to everyday life. The quiet sacrifices, the endless care, the hugs that fix everything, and the resilience shown even on the toughest days.

A special thank you to my own mum, my mum-in-law and my step-mum. I’m so grateful for the love and support you bring to our family.

And I feel incredibly lucky and proud to be mummy to my three beautiful babies, who make every day brighter. 💕

Mother’s Day can bring many emotions, so I’m also sending love today for those longing to become mothers and anyone finding today difficult. You are seen, you are supported, and you are not alone. 🤍

Happy International Women’s Day 💜

This day always feels especially meaningful to me. Last year my sister and I raised over £1000 for Lighthouse Women’s Aid, a cause so close to our hearts, supporting women who deserve safety, strength and a fresh start.

Every day through my work I’m surrounded by incredible women; women who work hard, run businesses, raise families, chase dreams, support others and keep going even when life is tough.

As a mum raising two amazing young women myself, this day reminds me just how important it is to celebrate the strength, resilience and kindness that women carry.

So today is a big shout out to all my strong ladies, the mums, the girl mums, the independent women, the business owners, the carers, the fighters and the quiet warriors. I see you and I appreciate every single one of you.

Here’s to lifting each other up, supporting one another and raising the next generation of strong women.

I’m still working right up until Christmas, but before the festive mayhem really begins, I just wanted to wish all of my wonderful clients, friends, and followers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ✨

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you who has chosen to support me this year. Especially during a time when everything is becoming more expensive, it truly means the world that you continue to include me in your budget. I never take that for granted.

I feel so incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful souls. Being able to help you in any way, big or small, is something I’m deeply grateful for. And to those of you who have thought of me with gifts, flowers, or chocolates 🥹 please know how much that kindness means to me. I am so, so grateful.

Quite literally, all of you are who keep my children fed and watered, and for that I will always be thankful beyond words.

✨A little update from me 🌿

This week will be my final week offering evening and weekend appointments at the town centre clinic. From now on, any sessions after 4:30pm will take place at my home clinic. I’ll be in touch with those this applies to 💫

As many of you know, I am a mum of 3 therefore I work as little evenings and weekends as I can and I no longer have the capacity to take on more during those times. In fact, I’ll be slowly reducing them even further.

I truly love what I do. I’ve spent years pouring my heart into this business, early starts, long days, skipped lunches, squeezing people in anywhere I could. And I’m so grateful this work supports and helps so many.

But I’m also a mum. A human. And I want to continue loving my work while also loving my life, my home, and the moments I can’t get back. 🖤✨

This new balance supports my wellbeing, my family, and ultimately allows me to show up even better for you.

Thank you for your understanding and support as my business grows with me. Daytime appointments will continue in town as usual.

As a fertility acupuncturist, I’m so fortunate to do work that truly changes lives. Over the years, I’ve had the absolute honour of supporting many couples and individuals through their fertility journeys, sharing in their hopes, challenges, and, thankfully, so many beautiful outcomes.

You may have noticed that I don’t share positive pregnancy tests or announcements here. While many wonderful and experienced fertility acupuncturists do, and I completely understand why; for me, it’s just not something I choose to post.

The world of fertility and IVF can be deeply emotional and, at times, incredibly tough. I’ve seen firsthand how heartbreaking it can feel to see or hear someone else’s positive news, sometimes only hours or days after receiving difficult results yourself.

While I am always beyond thrilled when I hear that all our hard work has come to fruition, I choose not to share those moments publicly. My intention is to keep this space one of compassion, intimacy, and understanding; no matter where someone may be on their journey.

To all those still hoping, still trying, still showing up with courage each day, I see you. You’re not alone. 🌿🖤
