Our Story
We are Lisa Jamieson Rm, DipCHFP MPSPract and Laura Merry Rm, DipCHFP MPSPract Mother and Daughter and we became Reflexologists in 2016 passing our diploma with distinction with the Association of Natural Medicine our course was with Chris Cozens at Life arts, Where we studied the body's systems and its workings anatomically and a lot of practical training, we had to do 100 hours of case studies and both loved every part of it and on our travels going to clients everyday for reflexology we noticed a problem and that was that a lot of people wasn't sure how to or couldn't look after their feet and that we needed to do something to help them and others SOOOoooo β¦. We are now fully qualified Foot Health Practitioners, We studied at The College of Foot Health Practitioners passing with a diploma in 2018 , The course requires the study of human anatomy and physiology, with a particular focus on the bones and muscle of the foot, skin and nails together with the associated conditions and diseases that affect your feet. The course also includes practical studies and the treatment of public clients under the close supervision and examination of the course lecturers. As part of my professional qualification I participate in continuous professional development (CPD) in order to maintain a service of the highest standard employing the latest techniques and understanding.
We are Members of the Alliance of Private Sector Practitioners and we are registered on the Accredited Register of Foot Health Practitioners, a register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. We are bound by the Code of Ethics, Rules of the Association and professionally insured. We are now opening a clinic within Tinks top to toe beauty a busy little salon in Felixstowe town to do treatments in foot health and reflexology,We will be mainly clinic based however if you are unable to get out due to health conditions or childcare ect or are homebound we are willing to do home visits.
