I have always had an interest in a holistic approach to wellbeing so after many years in an accounts & administration roles, I decided to follow my heart & have a complete change in career. In 2023 I completed 2nd Degree Reiki, Usui & Tibetan system of natural healing. I have also recently achieved Agored Cymru Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology with Jubilee College in Cambridge.

The August full moon visible tonight is called the Sturgeon Moon because large sturgeon fish were most readily caught in the Great Lakes and other major bodies of water during this time of year. These prehistoric-looking fish, sometimes referred to as "living fossils," were a crucial food source and deeply connected to the seasonal rhythms of life.
