We are pleased to announce that we now offer accredited First Aid at Work training, suitable for businesses, clinics/salons, and individuals who need recognised, practical first aid skills.

With 13 years experience working in the NHS, first aid and emergency care have been a core part of my working life. Teaching these courses feels like a way of giving back by sharing practical, real world skills that genuinely save lives.

🩹 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
1-day course | £95 per person
Ideal for low-risk workplaces and smaller teams.
This course covers essential life-saving skills including:
• CPR and use of an AED
• Choking
• Bleeding and shock
• Managing an unresponsive casualty
• Basic workplace first aid responsibilities

🚨 First Aid at Work (FAW)
3-day course | £275 per person
Designed for higher risk or clinical environments and those who want more in depth training.
This course includes everything in EFAW, plus:
• Fractures and spinal injuries
• Head injuries and serious wounds
• Burns and scalds
• Medical emergencies and illness
• More detailed casualty assessment and management

All courses are HSE compliant, fully accredited, and delivered with a strong focus on hands on, practical learning in a supportive and professional environment.

Whether you’re a business owner meeting legal requirements, a clinic wanting added confidence, or an individual looking to upskill, I can help you choose the right course.

Further qualifications up the emergency care ladder are also available such as FREC 3 (First Responder) and FREC 4 (Emergency Care Assistant).
We have an emergency medical consultant and pre hospital flight doctor if you wish to take that career ladder even further with additional courses.

✨ This lovely lady came back to see us for her 2 week post treatment review. At first glance, everything looked great, but she still had a little movement above her right eye.

This wasn’t a treatment failure. It was anatomy doing what anatomy does.

In her case, a pre existing scar on the forehead alters how the muscle behaves and how product is taken up in that area. Scar tissue can change muscle pull, diffusion, and response, which means results may differ slightly from what we’d expect in a “textbook” face.

And that’s exactly why review appointments are so important.

Faces are wonderfully individual. Previous injuries, scars, asymmetry, muscle strength, and lifestyle all play a role in how treatments settle. A review allows us to:
• Assess how your muscles have responded
• Make subtle refinements if needed
• Ensure results are balanced, safe, and tailored to you
