Whenever I tell people I look after the elderly I always add if you already have great care don't use me.

Not because I can't help but because I'd never want to break a great relationship.

Another thing I always say is,
I can train anyone to work with the elderly but I can't make anyone a caring person.

You either have that in you or you don't.
