On Saturday, Joanna and her daughter Abigail had the opportunity to attend the Ipswich Town F.C Women game against Southampton.

The match took place at Portman Road. Sadly it wasn't the result that Town had hoped for.

The battle is still on to retain their place in Womens Super League 2. 💙🤍

Wow!

What a week we have had.

The past week ranks up there with the most intense and full on week experienced since starting up.

Determined not to be overwhelmed, to keep providing the absolute best service we can to those who entrust us and to be the best version of ourselves.

I have to thank each and every member of our team for the effort, togetherness and commitment to get through what has been an extremely challenging time.

I am very, very aware that I couldn't do any of this without the support I have.

Earlier this week Joanna had the opportunity to meet our sponsored Ipswich Town F.C Women player, Sophie Peskett.

As well as receiving this signed shirt, there was the chance to watch the ladies train at Playford Road. 💙🤍

Recently visiting the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York was both emotional and yet incredibly fascinating.

The fire appliance here is an iconic image and one that has been seen the world over.

To be this close to something so tragic is an immense feeling.

Ladder 3 Company attended the North Tower and all 11 crew members had made their way into the building, climbing to level 35.

They were all in the tower when this collapsed and this being the remains of one of the fire trucks that attended.

To think that those people went to work for that shift, had the call to attend and this is part of the aftermath.

Chuck Norris, the US martial artist and Hollywood action star, has passed away aged 86, his family has confirmed.

Norris was known for his roles in the action crime series Walker, Texas Ranger and also the martial arts film The Way Of The Dragon - fighting superstar Bruce Lee.

This is the location of the South Tower at the World Teade Centre in New York.

Walking around and reading the names of those killed in the 9/11 attacks there was a single rose thst was placed on a particular name.

Poignant. Very poignant.

Life is full of moments.

Visiting New York and seeing the memorial to all those that lost their lives during the 9/11 terrorist attacks at the World Trade Centre.

To see where both towers once stood and to see all the names engraved was a poignant moment. 😔
