Where: Felixstowe Lawn Tennis Club.
When: Starts this Friday 6th at 5pm for 30 minutes.
What: Mobility for Stiff Blokes.
Who: Any bloke that wants to get more mobile.
How much: £5 on the door.
Wear: comfy clothes you can move in.
Bring: A yoga or exercise mat. (Be in touch if you don't have one. )

All levels, all abilities, all blokes welcome.
No need to book.

Eliza Gold! 17 year old folk pop country singer songwriter from Suffolk. Performing live since she was 14 she has released 10 songs and played many more at festivals including First Light and Red Rooster. With hints of Lily Allen and Phoebe Bridgers, her songs combine catchy melodies with lyrics that poke fun at disappointing relationships, late-night dreams, and possibilities just out of reach.
