It was a chilly, early start on Sunday getting ready for the first Pamper Day of 2026.

I gave the bun’s their breakfast first then got started prepping lunch. This lovely guest has been before and wanted the same menu as last time, which was nice and easy, as I can do these dishes with my eyes closed now.

So they had - chickpea houmous and crudités, felafel on a bed of leaves and warm pitta bread, mixed bean salad, mint yogurt dip and beetroot and onion salad followed by a choc dessert, oh and a glass of cava ❤️

I had my original wing-woman, Melissa, from my very first retreat four years ago, helping on massages and facials and serving lunch which was brilliant. Everyone had a lovely time and what a lovely way to start the new year. 🙏🏼

I’m now getting ready for a retreat starting on Fri with 💃 - which I’m cooking on and doing massage. First on the list is to cover that courtyard in rock salt !!
