As the clock approaches midnight on New Year's Eve, I'm reminded of Mrs. Thompson, one of our cherished customers who shared with us last year how grateful she was to spend the celebration in the comfort of her own home. She told us that watching the fireworks from her favourite armchair, surrounded by family photos and memories, made the evening truly special.
