Sunday evening at the Allen's table 😋
Gyros all done in the air fryer with home made Tzatziki drizzle and chargrilled courgette on the side . The Weight Watchers wrap was my Healthy B, everything else was free, just 1.5 Syns for a quarter of the Aldi gyros seasoning sachet. There was enough to make 2 gyros each , but I only had some more of the chicken and veg. It was really yummy. Bit of prep involved, but worth it for a nice summery style meal x

Friday night favourite! Home made SW friendly spicy chilli stuffed cheesy topped red peppers with rice and jalapenos and low fat creme fraiche on the side instead of soured cream. A few syns for the Aldi Mexican rice pouch and the creme fraiche, but everything else was free. The chilli is made with 5% mince, the low fat cheddar cheese is one of my Healthy A's. I always make a double batch of chilli with 500g mince, and freeze half of it for another day. That half portion will fill 4 larger pepper halves with a bit extra left over, or 6 smaller ones x
