A little throwback to one of our weaving days last year 🌿

This March, we’re so happy to be inviting Janie back to guide a retreat day of weaving, connection and creativity.

We’ll be working with willow using a neolithic braiding technique, creating small, practical baskets — perfect for storing garlic, herbs or flowers. The day is rooted in gathering, creating and connecting, with Becca gently introducing simple songs to weave sound, song and communal spirit into the experience.

The power of slowing down 🌿

90% of those who attended a Flow in Felton retreat reported an increase in their sense of wellbeing afterwards.

Investing in calm and connection really does matter. We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us on our January and February retreats and took the time to share their experience.

Meet Jo Thomas, one of our lovely practitioners here at Flow in Felton 🤎

Jo is a creative forager living seasonally in Northumberland, leading rooted nature connection through Wild Revival. She’s deeply enchanted by wild plants and loves sharing their properties and uses, whether that’s through foraging for food, making medicine, or creating ritual and ceremony.

Jo is also a trained Forest School practitioner and can often be found sitting by the fire, singing and making soup.

It’s been sooo cold lately, but even in the depths of winter we’re reminded that every season has its own purpose and beauty. Whether it’s spring, summer, autumn or winter, each one reflects life’s natural way of transitioning.
