Pre and Post Operative Lymphatic Drainage!

🩷Whether you have knee, hip, or shoulder replacement, or plastic surgery…..a manual lymphatic massage should never hurt.

🩷Know this, the lymphatic massage is gentle because your skin is being moved rather than your muscles being pressed on.

🩷Your superficial lymph vessels are right under your skin so there is no reason to be pressed on. None!

🩷Surgery creates trauma to your bodies tissue, and anything harder than the powerful and gentle skin movement in the correct direction, is not necessary. Gentle is key 🔑

Please message me for further info if you or a loved one is about to have surgery, this technique gets your body in a healthier condition for surgery and can speed up recovery!

I had the pleasure of returning to this amazing holiday home today! Hill View is the most beautifully decorated and thought out venue I have ever been to. I had the pleasure of treating the family staying here this week! I also had the honour of introducing massage to their 9 and 13 year old boys! Children can find massage just as beneficial as adults and the quote today from the 9 year old was ‘it’s so relaxing mum!’ If you are staying in the local area and would like to book in a treatment for your party, discounts are available for group bookings of 4 or more :)
